

Canoe & Kayak Storage
The HOA is pleased to offer a canoe and kayak storage rack for residents' use. The rack is located on the HOA lot and includes six storage bays available during the boating season.
Storage spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Before using the rack, residents must submit a completed Canoe & Kayak Storage Liability Waiver & Storage Agreement and receive confirmation that a bay is available.

Storage Rules

Storage is permitted only from April 1 through November 30.

Storage bays are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with each household limited to one bay.

Residents must receive confirmation of an assigned bay before placing any watercraft on the rack.

Residents are strongly encouraged to lock and secure their canoe or kayak while it is stored on the rack.

All watercraft must be removed by November 30. Any watercraft remaining after that date may be removed or disposed of by the HOA at the owner's expense.

Important Notice
Use of the canoe and kayak storage rack is entirely at the resident's own risk.
The HOA is not responsible for theft, loss, vandalism, damage to property, or personal injury related to use of the rack. Residents are strongly encouraged to lock and secure their watercraft while stored.
