Dues & Payment Schedule
Total Dues are $1,800 for the year.
Dues can be paid in full in March or 50% can be paid in March with the remainder due in June.
Late Payment Penalties:
As per your Association’s Governing Documents, any assessment not received by the due date will incur a 10% late fee ($60.00), and a lien in favor of the Association will occur if timely payments are not received.
