Pool, Clubhouse & Pavilion
General Information
The residents of the Providence Lake subdivision are entitled to use the Pool, Clubhouse & Pavilion amenities so long as they are up-to-date on any dues/fees. Providence Lake has a salt water pool to be enjoyed by residents and their accompanied guests, with direct access to full washroom facilities. The shaded outdoor pavilion is complete with a bbq, counter space, a variety of seating with direct access to the pool area. It is also the perfect spot to view the tennis courts below. The clubhouse is an ideal spot for small gatherings and events. It has a wrap around porch, living room, full kitchen and washroom facilities.
Rules &Use of Pools/Clubhouse
All homeowners and their guests must abide by the set-forth Pool and Clubhouse rules, which can be found below. Any violations of the rules could result in the loss of privileges to utilize the neighborhood amenities.

The 2022 Pool Season runs from May 6th to October 1st. The Pool Hours for general use / private events are 9am-9pm daily. Community event hours may differ, but must be approved through the Pool & Clubhouse committee first.
Private Events at Pools/Clubhouse
Any homeowner in good standing with the HOA is entitled to utilize the Clubhouse and/or Pool for private events, however an advance reservation is required. Reservations are taken on a first come first serve basis. Should you wish to reserve the pool and/or clubhouse for a private event, please complete the request form below. Please check the Events page for availability prior to submitting your reservation request. Once the request is received, a member of the Pool and Clubhouse committee will be in touch. Should you have any questions prior to submitting the request form, you can always email pool@plha.org.

A private event at the pool/pavilion area does not prohibit homeowners from utilizing the pool/space at the date/time of your event.

Submitting a request to reserve the pool/clubhouse is not considered a reservation. Reservations are only considered complete once the signed agreement and security deposit has been turned in.

Community related events do not require a lease agreement or security deposit, but a reservation should be made so the date/time can be blocked out accordingly on the community Event calendar.
